It's sung by Michael Lusk, who's toured with folks as diverse as Billy Graham and Loretta Lynn (he's currently on the road with Loretta, singing and playing bass). The prize is the Steinberg Ultimate Studio Solution, "a combination of hardware and software worth over $10,000." Broadjam is a 125,000 member-strong organization of songwriters that hosts a massive online database of searchable songs for film/tv, advertisers, recording artists, etc. by writers from all 50 U.S. states and over 150 countries worldwide. "The Broadjam Pro Services group designs and builds custom technology for music industry clients such as Warner/Chappell, Academy of Country Music, Peavey, Yamaha and others." Dulcie’s album is produced by George Nauful, President of Mesa/Bluemoon (his production credits are numerous but include Jeff Golub, Rick Braun, Brian Culbertson, Black Uhuru), and features Dulcie on vocals, guitar, and dulcimer. She is backed by a stellar cast of musicians including John McEuen of The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band on guitar, banjo and mandolin; Tim Pierce on electric and acoustic guitars (credits include Elton John, Faith Hill, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen); Denny Fongheiser on drums (Lucinda Williams, Stevie Nicks, Bruce Springsteen); Scott Breadman on percussion (Jose Feliciano, Lindsey Buckingham, Pat Benatar); Dom Camardella (owner of Santa Barbara Sound Design) on keyboards (Flora Purim, Airto Moreira); Rick Braun on fluegelhorn (his own #1 jazz recordings as well as such artists as Rod Stewart, Tom Petty, Crowded House); Tony Recupido on vocals (The Witcher Brothers) and George Nauful (acoustic guitar and background vocals). The album was recorded at Santa Barbara Sound Design and engineered by Tomas Deltoro-Diaz . The vocals and mixing were done by Keith Olsenand Ian Van der Molen at Pogologo Studios in Arroyo Grande. Keith is a legendary producer/engineer - (Fleetwood Mac, Ozzie Osbourne, Pat Benatar, Rick Springfield, Carlos Santana, to name a few). Henry Cross on bass & vocals, John Landau on guitar & vocals, and Rachel Cross on percussion and vocals beautifully accompanied her. It was a magical night with performances also by Guy Clark, Eric Taylor, and Butch Hancock. The Kerrville Folk Festival presents the best musicians in the folk, country, bluegrass, and alternative music field. The festival lasts 18 days and the music goes on long into the night after the main show is over.

Read the review at Wood & Steel When renowned Broadway composer Stephen Schwartz (his shows include Godspell, Pippin, and Wicked) was interviewed on The Atrium Stage at the Kennedy Center by Michael Kerker of ASCAP, he entertained and thrilled the sold-out crowd with his stories and his songs. Then Mr. Schwartz introduced songwriters from the Mid-Atlantic region who each performed an original song. Dulcie performed her song, Diamond & Glass.
