2014 Best Songwriter

Dulcie Taylor won the New Times Music Award for Best Songwriter 2014. She took home the same award last year, 2013. Here is a picture of the two “Newties” as they are called, side-by-side. The “Newtie” is 10 pounds of solid bronze in the shape of a microphone and is made of metal reclaimed from decommissioned weapon systems.
