David is a legend of rock journalism. He wrote for Rolling Stone from 1975 to 2000 and was a former editorial consultant for Spin Magazine. He wrote a beautiful review for BARNES & NOBLE of my first Mesa/Bluemoon CD, then came to see my play in Manhattan, where he lives. I will never forget his gracious presence. He made this Southern girl feel at home in New York. Thank you again, David.
